Ted McRae

Ted started his journey to the Staffing Industry by first receiving his BBA in Human Resource Management. Ted quickly realized that recruitment and sales would be one of his life’s passions. This transpired into 5 years of recruiting in the finance industry (within one of Canada’s large banks). After gaining this expertise, Ted decided to join People Store in 2009 within the Professional Services Division. After a few years it was clear that he had the ability to understand existing and prospective client’s needs and in turn was promoted to Sales Manager where her began leading the sales team and aid in growing the overall business. After a number of exceeding successful years Ted moved into his current role of Director of Business Development and is enjoying the challenge of continuing to make People Store the premier staffing provider of choice.
