Kimberley decided to join the staffing industry after obtaining her Diploma in Human Resource from Sheridan College in 2003. She initiated her career and began growing her success as a recruiter with a competing firm. With the experience that she developed working with this mid-sized firm, Kimberley decided to take the opportunity to move into a more senior role with People Store in 2005 as Recruitment Manager.
Kimberley helping to grow the Temporary Staffing Division to one of the most successful in the GTA. Over the course of her years with People Store Kimberley has successfully contributed to the growth of the organization. One of her first public acknowledgments of her achievements came when her division was named as one of the Best Staffing Firms in the GTA as recognized by the Readers Choice Awards.
With Kimberley’s passion for the industry and her innate determination, she had earned the position of Operations Manager. Her intimate knowledge of client expectations and candidate needs had allowed People Store to streamline internal and external processes. This heightened process ensures that all departments operate in unison, delivering quality results, maximizing efficiencies and delivering uncompromised operational excellence.
Kimberley’s success in various roles has earned her accolades such as Recruiter of the Year, Manager of the Year and has provided her the opportunity to be part of the company’s President’s Club, a group of elite performers.
