Melissa Lima is a Human Resources professional with an exceptional track record working with both candidates and clients. Melissa obtained her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from York University. She then obtained a Human Resources Certificate from Humber College.
Her career began in recruitment as a Professional Search Consultant with People Store in 2005. Through the years Melissa continued to succeed with the placement of professionals. She quickly dominated in a variety of specialties including HR, Sales & Marketing and Finance & Accounting to name a few. Looking to expand her experience into all areas she moved into an On-site Manager role followed by Contract Services.
Due to tremendous growth within the organization, Melissa joined the operations department as the Payroll & HR Manager. Moving into her current role was a natural fit for Melissa, as she is now responsible for all Payroll and Human Resources functions for the company.
