Customer Service Call Centre Manager

Job Duties:
• provide daily hands on phone support in a call centre environment
• handle daily supervision and coaching of our Toronto Customer Service team
• monitor, track and enforce departmental policies, procedures and goals
• review daily reports and respond quickly as needed


Skill Requirements:
• Bachelors degree
• 2-5 years of related experience
• customer service supervisory experience preferably in a call centre environment
• experience with process improvement audits
• ability to travel to other branch locations
