Job Title:
Senior AutoCAD Leader/Designer
Location:
Winnipeg
Job Duties:
Work under the direction of Project Managers/Engineers
Supervision of the drafting team in Winnipeg office.
Responsible for the production of detailed designs, drawings, reports and engineering studies associated with civil engineering work arising from various projects for private and municipal client base.
Responsible for the coordination of the drafting team, workload distribution, and providing guidance and assistance to the team on a daily basis.
Education/Skill Requirements:
Graduate of a civil engineering technology program
Ten to fifteen years of experience
Experience in survey, GIS, civil design, drawing set-up and production
Strong communication skills and computer skills including proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Word and Excel
Membership with the Certified Technicians and Technologists Association of Manitoba is preferred
